Privacy Policy — AnthroSeal

1. Who we are

AnthroSeal is a probabilistic human authorship evaluation tool for digital content. We operate under the principles of transparency, proportionality, and privacy by design.

2. What data we collect

Uploaded files: processed for analysis and not stored permanently. We only store the SHA-256 hash of the file, not the original content.

Author name: temporary identifier entered in the audit form. It is not linked to a verified identity until authentication is implemented.

Audit results: the HAP score, status, and technical metadata of the analysis.

Technical data: server logs for diagnosis and maintenance.

3. How we use your data

→ Run the requested audit analysis
→ Display user audit history
→ Maintain aggregated metrics and technical operational logs for service stability
→ AnthroSeal does not use submitted content by its own design to train models. Conditional providers must not be activated with real user content until contractual review and applicable usage limits are closed.

3 bis. Pre-debut providers and activation status

Active / operational: Neon DB, Vercel, Oracle/ARES/Stamp service, Arsys.

Conditional: Clerk, Stripe, Winston AI, Copyleaks, Hive, Resemble AI, Iubenda, Sentry, Resend, Polygon/Alchemy/RPC.

Internal / deferred: OpenAI/Codex, Anthropic/Claude, GitHub, Google Cloud AI Studio/SynthID, Testprite, C2PA/C2PA Tool.

These conditional providers are not considered active sub-processors in pre-debut unless contractual and operational activation is formally completed.

C2PA/C2PA Tool is used as a standard and local tooling in the current design, not as an active SaaS sub-processor.

4. How long we store your data

5. Blockchain

For Silver and Gold audits, we register on the Polygon network only: the file hash, the HAP score, and the timestamp. NEVER store original files, personal data, emails, or IP addresses on the blockchain. The blockchain record is designed to provide verifiable technical traceability.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

7. Limitation of liability

AnthroSeal is a probabilistic evaluation tool. Results do not constitute definitive legal proof or official authorship certification. We do not assume responsibility for decisions made solely based on our reports. For high-risk cases (legal processes, hiring, insurance) we recommend additional human review.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. The last updated date appears at the beginning of the document. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.
