Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of the Service

AnthroSeal is a technological platform for probabilistic assessment oriented towards human authorship analysis, digital traceability, multi-layer evaluation and support for compliance, trust & safety and due diligence.

AnthroSeal does not provide official certifications, conclusive legal proof, absolute guarantees or definitive forensic validations. Results constitute only complementary evidence based on statistical models and automated analysis.

2. Eligibility

To use AnthroSeal you must have sufficient legal capacity, use the service in accordance with applicable legislation and not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

3. Permitted Use

The user agrees to use AnthroSeal solely for legitimate purposes. It is prohibited to attempt to manipulate results, interfere with the service infrastructure, use AnthroSeal for illegal activities, resell the service without authorisation, reverse engineer the platform, or use results as the sole basis for critical decisions affecting individuals.

4. Service Limitations

AnthroSeal uses probabilistic models, external providers, statistical signals and automated mechanisms. Results may contain errors, false positives or false negatives, or be affected by file quality, technical limitations or availability of external providers.

AnthroSeal does not guarantee absolute accuracy, uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors.

5. High-Risk Cases

AnthroSeal must not be used as the sole basis for legal proceedings, employment decisions, educational admissions, insurance, healthcare, credit or decisions with significant impact on individuals. Additional human review is always recommended in these cases.

6. User Responsibility

The user declares that they hold the necessary rights over submitted files, have authorisation to process such content and assume responsibility for the use of results obtained. The user is responsible for adequately interpreting results, verifying critical information and complying with applicable regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnthroSeal shall not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of results, indirect damages, economic losses, reputational damages, data loss, service interruptions or third-party actions arising from use of the platform.

AnthroSeal's total cumulative liability shall not in any case exceed the amount actually paid by the user during the 12 months prior to the incident.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, architecture, documentation, trademarks and visual elements of AnthroSeal belong to AnthroSeal or its licensors. Use of the service does not transfer intellectual property rights to the user.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

AnthroSeal processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable regulations, including GDPR where applicable. Submitted files are processed temporarily and not stored. AnthroSeal stores only the cryptographic hash, audit results and metadata necessary to operate the service.

10. Blockchain

In certain tiers, AnthroSeal may record cryptographic hashes on public blockchain networks. Original files, emails, IPs or personally identifiable data are never stored on blockchain. Due to the technical operation of blockchain, certain cryptographic records may not be technically deletable, although AnthroSeal will apply reasonable anonymisation and equivalent deletion mechanisms where appropriate.

11. Third-Party Services

AnthroSeal may rely on external providers for hosting, payments, authentication, analysis, blockchain, identity verification or automated analysis. AnthroSeal does not fully control such services and does not guarantee their continuous availability.

11 bis. Pre-debut provider status

Active: Neon DB, Vercel, Oracle/ARES/Stamp service and Arsys.

Conditional / under validation: Clerk, Stripe, Winston AI, Copyleaks, Hive, Resemble AI, Iubenda, Sentry, Resend, Polygon / Alchemy / RPC.

Winston AI, Copyleaks, Hive and Resemble AI are not considered fully active for production with real user content until contractual review, applicable DPA and usage limits are closed.

C2PA / C2PA Tool is used as a local standard and local tooling in the current design, and is not an active SaaS sub-processor of AnthroSeal.

OpenAI/Codex and Anthropic/Claude are considered internal development and documentation tooling, not productive AnthroSeal suppliers unless there is a future explicit activation with a customer-data flow and applicable contract.

12. Suspension and Termination

AnthroSeal may suspend, limit or cancel access to the service upon detection of abusive use, fraud, breach of these T&C, security risks or legal requirements.

13. Modifications

AnthroSeal may update these T&C occasionally. Continued use of the service following modifications implies acceptance of the new version.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by applicable Spanish and European legislation. Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, Spain.
